Quality assurance begins with two independent reviews of each purchase order to resolve any potential issues with dimensions, materials, quantities, or delivery dates. This is followed by detailed evaluations by experienced personnel involved in setup and production, with individual inspection reports created for each operation required to produce the part.
 
All specific quality requirements and instructions are meticulously documented, with inspection intervals assigned based on part tolerances, quantities, and complexity.
